This layout is made using both divs and iframes. To navigate this site, a visitor will click on a link in the left-most box and open up a different page in the biggest box which is the iframe. To change a link, edit the name and hyperlink to the title and file path. I have the first done for you to return your visitors to the main screen. To change the marquee text, go to the html and change where it says "Here is a scrolling marquee." To change the site description, change the text within the html script from "Put a message or description here." to whatever you want. When created a new page, it is vital to not forget to put <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="latina.css"/> in the head tag. and now that you're completely bored with me talking, have fun with the layout. I really like this one a lot. I've never done one quite like this. In fact, the layouts I've done before really sucked. They never were for request though so that's good. Some other things you shouldn't worry about: Sometimes when loading the index (home) page, the background will be just like it is in the iframe, that's because the index page reads the same css script and that is its background picture, just wait a second for the other picture to load on top of it. Also, the font may look different on different computers.Initially, the font should be ADMUI3Sm, but some computers may not have that so it will display the default Times New Roman, which doesn't look half bad. I noticed that because that particular font seems to have dissapeared from my computer. >_<
