History: Makoto is an orphaned boy with a very unique gift, he's an oracle. In plain words, he can speak the future with complete and total truth. Everything he says is destined to come true. But it is not really him saying it. It is his dragon Ryuuchika. Ryuuchika is a mystical being only seen by Makoto. He appears almost always during battle and when a question is asked. Ryuuchika may posses Makoto with allowance and help him in battle. Makoto was raised by a merchant in a village near the Earth Kingdom city of Omashu. He is a very talented waterbender and is even better when possessed by Ryuuchika. Makoto began traveling to other nearby towns to give fortunes and help people. He is increasing his span of area and travels gradually further away from Omashu. He still goes back there frequently to give people hope from the Fire Nation. His oracle-ness is kept a secret from the Fire Nation for his safety.
Appearance: He has short/spiky messy blonde hair and blue eyes that turn almost white when possessed. He has a good build. He's average height and likes the color blue. He wears cargo pants of a more khaki color and a loose blue shirt. He also wears a tiny steel chain-link necklace with a carving of his dragon on it. He wears half blue shoes (a gracious gift from a shoe-maker to whom he gave a fortune).
Personality: He's generally a quiet boy. He has a very generous and warm attitude. He loves to help people. He's a very bright thinker and fast reader. When in battle, Makoto fights ferociously and smart.
